Refund policy

We do not accept order cancellation after product shipment or product returns and exchanges.

Product exchange is only made when a product is defective.
(Please contact us at info@designpiece.jp and specify your name, the product name, the date and time of purchase, and the order number.)

 

Product return deadline

Please contact us within 8 days of the day the product arrived.

Shipping cost for product returns

Communication Design Laboratory will pay the shipping cost for returned products that are defective.
